The satellite-type RDC station is engineered to achieve ultra-high cutting precision of up to ±0.05 mm. By utilizing a mechanical sun–planetary gear system, the machine delivers exceptional motion accuracy, enabling reliable processing of extremely thin and high-value materials. This design ensures stable, repeatable performance even in the most demanding precision applications.

Superior Master–Slave Alignment Accuracy

With ultra-high master–slave cutting alignment precision, the satellite RDC configuration guarantees perfect synchronization between stations. The Sun gear (Z550) and planetary gears provide precise mechanical control, minimizing cumulative tolerance and ensuring consistent cutting and lamination accuracy across all stations.

Flexible Multi-Station Configuration

Available in 11- or 13-station satellite models, the system offers outstanding process flexibility. Primary stations can be directly configured for cutting or lamination, while secondary stations can be expanded with auxiliary fixture modules. Each satellite station is capable of cutting or lamination, all integrated within a unified machine frame with standard RDC stations, delivering maximum integration, stability, and precision.
